on our walk to church

There are a lot of really awesome churches in Harlem.

Not exactly sure what this is talking about. Kind of funny though.

Me and my lover. Sunday best.

Hey Ang:)
As long as i'm being wild and commenting on blogs (this may be the last time :p) i'll comment on yours to thank you for the package! I loved it! You are the best:) I chose this blog entry to comment on so i could let you know i can identify with your weird new city life, and all the strange churches:) there are SO many weird churches in Toronto! I love it:)It's so weird to have so many different cultures just tossed together here! Anyway, keep on being the amazing example you are to everyone:) I love you and am working on a letter:) Khoda Hafez!

I love the Gothic-style church! Is that on Malcolm X Blvd? I think it may be where the famous Harlem Boys Choir began... not sure though.

I love your photography. What kind of camera do you generally use? (I know it's mostly your talent and creativity, but just wondering!)

Katherine, thanks, you're so kind! I posted the info on our cameras in the sidebar. We have our nicer "big" camera, but the photos in this post were taken with my more portable point and shoot pocket sized camera i've had since high school. it's actually falling apart but thankfully it still works for moments such as these!
