It was such a great time and a much-needed vacation with just the two of us. We loved it! We'll definitely be planning another weekend getaway somewhere else exciting.
The problem is, we took over 300 photos in the three days we were there, and they have to be processed before posting. I have now narrowed them down to 110 images. Working on choosing the ones I want to post, then editing. Whew! Expect more posts in the coming days.

Welcome home. I love DC! Can you believe how clean the streets and trains are? Oh my. But the subway has a lot more character.
mmmmm my home. love it!
I love DC! Can't wait to see {all} the pics. Okay maybe not all...
Next trip: Boston!
I love DC! My first job after college was in DC and that's where I met my husband!
Don't stress too much over editing your pics-- just post them. We'll love them!
Neat pic! I went the DC when I was 13 years old. I keep thinking I need to get back there again with Jay and the kids. I remember I really loved going. I can't wait to see some more pics of your trip!
Everyone is watching and waiting..............
Isn't DC fantastic? We loved our visit there. That's something I really miss about the east coast, so many amazing things just a few hours away from each other! Did you take the Bolt Bus? That's our favorite of the buses we've taken. If you haven't, we highly recommend Boston. That was my absolute favorite trip we took out that way.
