A few snow pictures...

The snow came! (And it's still falling!) I don't think it was a big enough storm to close schools, but I am also from Utah so my perception is a bit skewed. Back home it has to snow four feet in a day for school to be cancelled.

Took a couple pics on my way to work this morning. Harlem:

I smiled all day looking out the windows watching it fall. This snow is so rare I had to run outside at lunch for ten minutes to snap a few more pictures.

(Right after this was taken a car drove by and splattered me with slush. It was awesome.)

Maybe if I read this post over and over, your love for snow will start to rub off on me. It is beautiful to look at.
We are getting the leftovers of this "storm" out here and it only takes about 4 inches to shut down schools for 2 days so far and for everyone to forget how to drive.
PS I thought of you the whole time I wrote my post about the dentist...seeing as you were the last person to clean my teeth until this month. The experience with you was pleasant, cross my heart, hope to die. I miss you.

Beautiful! You are good. So so good. I'm really liking this snow. It makes it feel like it's good winter. Not boring winter. That does make sense. Anyway, thanks for helping me be okay about my lens.

Yay! I always love your photography. It's so funny how unnessecery it would be to close schools out here, hehe! I remember trekking to the bus stop in feet not inches!
When you move back to UT I want to enroll in the photography for dummies demos that you are going to start for us:):)

You amaze me with your many talents and artistry! What I love best about you is that you are truly making it work in NYC! You fill your life with good and never back down from a challenge. It would be awesome if life were always easy and filled with only fair weather, but reality is that it storms sometimes, and then you just have to love the snow and slush and getting splashed on, and go out and grab some great pics!! You didn't get a "Snow Day" but you had a great time along your way to work and then home to your sweetheart, to fix dinner and be safe and happy!!

So jealous...We've got mud here. Do you guys live on the East side of Central Park by chance? My third cousin by marriage lives in NY. He lives on the East. I like to think this world is so small!
