I am really hoping this winter stays this beautiful. It really has been great so far.
I know, it hasn't been bad at all! Very mild. And heck it's almost over. Crazy!
Looks freezy!!
We actually had some sunshine this week and it warmed up into the 40's and felt wonderfull! My little spring shoots were bursting out of the ground!!! Can't wait for you to see them, that is if the deer don't eat them!
You must take a picture of this very scene during the height of summer, so that we can see the arch of beautiful foliage towering over 62nd Street! That would be a fun juxtaposition.
Looks like you'll be getting a lot more of the fluffy white stuff over the weekend as a nor'easter makes it way up the coast! Take some pretty pictures! (I know you will...)
Sharla! Just saw your comment. Good luck keeping those deer away. I give up. (Has your husband ever considered "deer hunting" in your own yard? Somebody recently commented that for as pesky as they can be, they should be considered "roaming food storage for a rainy day...")
Ha ha! Hey, maybe we should do that!
